We believe intelligence is the only edge that compounds.

In 1815 it was a carrier pigeon flying into London. In 1981 it was a Bloomberg Terminal on a trading floor. In 2017 it was an Etherscan tab open at 3am. The instrument changes. The asymmetry does not.

Alpha Protocol is a research lab built by students at TEAM University in Tashkent. We train to read two markets at once: the one Bloomberg shows us and the one that lives on-chain. Macro rates and stablecoin flows. Central bank decisions and whale wallets. Order books and prediction markets. They are the same sport played on different fields.

We are not a crypto Discord. We are not a stock-pitch club. We are a lab. We run on terminals, not vibes.

We were founded because the next ten years of global finance will not be hired out of London or New York alone. Central Asia is young, compliant, connected, and underpriced. Uzbekistan's median age is twenty-seven. We are the generation the world will need when it looks here.

NAPP Regulation

Since January 2023, the National Agency of Perspective Projects manages VASP/CASP licensing. Binance signed with NAPP via COINPAY LLC. Tether signed MOU on CBDC. 0% crypto tax for individuals through licensed exchanges until 2028.

TIFC Decree

On March 31, 2026, Presidential Decree No. 48 established the Tashkent International Financial Centre — English common law jurisdiction with digital assets in its founding mandate and a 50-year tax horizon.

Started trading crypto in high school. Got deep in DeFi and on-chain data somewhere between DeFi Summer and the FTX collapse. Came to TEAM University, saw the Bloomberg Terminals sitting unused, and figured somebody had to build the bench. That's Alpha Protocol.

Teaches the On-Chain Intelligence track. Reads central bank statements for fun.

The first cohort is free. Future cohorts will be paid with scholarships for selected applicants. Transparency on pricing will come with Phase 2.

Yes. Cohort 1 is open to TEAM students, students from other Tashkent universities, and high school students aged 14+. Future cohorts will prioritise university students.

Yes, if you're willing to work. Our Observer tier is designed for beginners. You can reach Analyst level in one semester.

Cohort 1: roughly 50 people from applicants. We read every application. We care about curiosity, not credentials.

Bloomberg BMC certification, a track of your choice, weekly sessions, access to Terminal, research publication opportunities, and a cohort of peers.

6 to 8 hours per week. Observer tier less; Core members more.

You'll hear back within 7 days. Accepted applicants go through a 30-minute interview. Cohort starts in Fall 2026.

We combine Bloomberg Terminal and on-chain intelligence in one curriculum. No other student club in Central Asia does this — and very few do it globally.
